5. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

We don't work with a fixed, one-size-fits-all MOQ. To build full confidence upfront, we offer flexible trial orders—starting as low as a couple hundred kilograms—allowing you to comfortably test and evaluate our quality before scaling up. Tell us the quantity you're comfortable starting with, and we'll work with it.

6. Can I request a sample before placing a full order?

Yes. We understand that trust is built order by order. We offer samples for evaluation before you commit to a bulk order — reach out with your product of interest and we'll share sample and shipping options.

7. Do you offer Private Labelling or Custom Branding?

Yes, for select products across our Agro & Herbal product line, we can arrange custom private labelling so the product reaches your market under your own brand.

8. How long does an order typically take, from confirmation to shipment?

Lead time depends on the product and quantity. We'll always confirm a specific timeline once we understand your order, and keep you posted if anything changes along the way.

9. How do you ensure Product Quality?

Every batch goes through 3rd- party lab testing and hands-on quality audits before it's approved for shipment. For agro-herbal products specifically, this includes testing for pesticide residue, heavy metals, and microbial contamination to meet international food safety standards.

10. The website only shows a few products and specs — Do you offer more?

What's on the website is just a starting point, not the full picture. We work with a wide network of certified producers, so if you need a specific grade, purity level, particle size, or a product variant you don't see listed, just tell us your requirement — we can work to source it and share full specifications tailored to your order.

11. What Packaging Options are available?

Packaging is flexible depending on the product — for example, agro-herbal powders are commonly available in 25kg bags, drums, or custom sizes. If you need something specific for your market, let us know and we'll adjust to fit.

12. Do your products have HS/HSN codes listed?

Yes, we share the applicable HS/HSN code for any product as part of your quote — this is useful for your customs broker and import planning on your end.

13. Which countries do you export to?

We ship globally and are actively building partnerships across regions/countries — e.g. Middle East, Europe, Southeast Asia, North America. If you don't see your country listed, reach out — we continuously expand our buyer network and would be glad to explore working with you.

14. What Incoterms do you work with?

We can accommodate standard Incoterms including FOB, CIF, and CFR depending on your preference and destination port. We'll discuss the best option for your order during the quote process.

15. Can I track my shipment once it's on the way?

Yes. We keep you updated through the shipping process and can share tracking details and documentation (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, etc.) as your order moves — you're never left wondering where things stand.

16. What payment terms do you offer?

For new buyers, we typically work with advance payment or a Letter of Credit (LC) to keep the transaction secure for both sides. As we build a track record together, we're open to discussing more flexible terms. All terms are agreed in writing before production or shipment begins — no surprises on either side.

17. Is it safe to pay in advance to ATBP?

We know this is a fair question. We're a registered LLP with verifiable registration details, a documented business address, and active certifications — all of which you're welcome to verify independently before you commit. We're also happy to do a video call, share references, or start with a smaller trial order to build trust before scaling up. Our goal is a long-term relationship, not a one-time sale — so we'd rather earn that trust properly than rush it.
